Today I have shared the recipe of keema aloo with you guys, which is a very delicious food. It is one of my favorites, so that's why today I have shared its recipe with you people. Ingredients needed
Beef
Garlic
Ginger
Tomato
Fried onions
Red chilli powder
Salt
Cumin and coriander powder
dried fenugreek
Coriander
Green chillies
Garam masala

Mincing the meat
So, to make keema aloo, first I took around 1 kg of beef. It was not exactly 1 kg, but a little less than that, and more than half a kg. Then my mom minced it in a meat mincing machine. After that, I took a big pot and added oil to it. Then I also added the minced meat to it. I cooked it until the color of the minced meat changed a little.




Then I took 3 garlic and a little ginger. After that, I grated them well. Then I added them to the pot. Now I mixed it well.




Preparing the tomato paste
After that, I took 3 tomatoes and 1 big spoon of fried onions. These fried onions are equal to around 2 small onions or 1 big onion. Then I cut the tomatoes and put them into the juicer. After that, I also added the fried onions to it. Then I added half a cup of water to it. Then I blended it well.





Adding the spice's
After that, it is time to add the spices. In the spices, I added 1 and a half tablespoon salt, 1 and a half tablespoon cumin and coriander, and I added 2 tablespoons red chili powder. Then I mixed it. After that, I also added the tomato paste that I had made. Then I also added 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek to it.






Adding the potatoes
After that, I took 4 potatoes. I peeled them well and then cut them into small pieces. Now I also added these potatoes into the pot. After that, I took 1 bunch of coriander and around 5 green chilies. Then I added the green chilies into the pot as well. We will add coriander at the end.







After that, I added 1 tablespoon tomato paste in it and around 4 big cups of water. Then it has to be cooked on medium to high flame for around 20 to 30 minutes, meaning it has to be cooked until the potatoes become soft.





Adding coriander
Now when the potatoes became soft, then I added chopped coriander into it. After that, I also added 1 teaspoon garam masala. Then I cooked it again on low flame for 10 minutes. And in this way, our aloo keema is ready.
