I made it together with my mom, and the recipe is very easy. Whenever I’m tired or simply don’t feel like cooking, I make this because it’s really easy and gets ready quickly. Garlic

Process of making


So, to make the potato curry, first I took six potatoes. Then I peeled them, washed them, and cut them into small pieces. After that, I took five garlic piece and a little bit of ginger. Then I chopped the ginger well. After that, I took around four tomatoes and cut them as well.



After cutting the tomatoes, I took fried onion. It is equal to one large onion. After that, I put the tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and onion into the blender. Then I added water to it, and after that, I blended it well.



After that, I took a pressure cooker. I added oil to the pressure cooker, then I poured in the tomato mixture. After that, I added around one tablespoon of tomato paste. Now it's time for the spices. I added two tablespoons of red chili powder, two tablespoons of salt, one tablespoon of coriander and cumin powder, one tablespoon of dried fenugreek leaves, and half a tablespoon of garam masala.



After that, I mixed it well. Then I added the potatoes to it. Next, I washed five green chilies and added them as well. After that, I poured in two to three cups of water. Then I closed the pressure cooker and let it cook until the potatoes became soft, for around 20 minutes. While the potato curry was cooking, I thought I should make some chutney as well. So, I’m also sharing the green chutney recipe with you all.

To make the green chutney, you need five piece of garlic, one bunch of coriander, one bunch of mint, two tomatoes cut into pieces, two lemons, and lastly, six green chilies. After that, I put all of these into the blender. Then I added one tablespoon of salt. Next, I squeezed the two lemons well and added their juice to the blender as well. After blending everything well, our yummy green chutney was ready.

Now, after 20 minutes, I opened the pressure cooker and the potatoes had become nice and soft, so our potato curry was ready. After that, I added a little chopped coriander on top for garnishing.
