Hola a todos, espero que su semana haya ido de maravilla. Tenía bastante rato sin pasar por aquí, pero a decir verdad he estado un poco ocupada con una y otra cosa que al final del día terminaba agotada. Sin embargo, hoy quiero contarles de un local nuevo que montaron en Sabaneta y me pareció súper importante mostrárselos porque hay mucha gente fitness aqui en la ciudad y seguro que les encantará tanto como a mí y a Jose nos gustó. Despues de una mañana de haber entrenado fuerte, íbamos de regreso a casa y nos conseguimos con este local pequeño pero que venden unos antojos saludables y muy ricos. Se trata de una de cuatro 17 prot-well y está justamente llegando al parque de Sabaneta diagonal al éxito.
Debo decirles que el local es un tanto pequeño, así que si no hay gente logras sentarte y si hay gente igual puedes comprar para llevar, matar un antojo y quedas saciado. Nosotros nos pedimos una proteína sencilla y otra especial. Yo me la pedí de fresas y arándanos y José una de arequipe. Las proteínas son hechas con leche de almendras y no tienen azúcares añadidas. La proteína sencilla cuesta 20 mil y viene con salsa en cambio la especial cuesta 23 mil y viene con salsa, chantilly y crocante. Esto dió un total de 43 mil pesos colombianos o lo que es aproximadamente unos 12 USD. Las proteínas son enormes la verdad yo quedé muy full que José tuvo que ayudarme pero como José es muy cómelon el pudo con la suya completa y se comió una parte de la mía. La verdad estaban deliciosisimas y se siente la calidad y que no lo niegan nada. Nosotros amamos este lugar y volveríamos a ir miles de veces más.
Debo decirles que no solo consiguen proteínas, ellos también venden little donuts, acai, café, pan de yuca,avena, aromáticas entre otras cosas. Así que no duden en venir. Esto fué todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado. Nos leemos en un próximo post. Un abrazo

Hello everyone, I hope you've had a wonderful week. It's been a while since I've been here, but to tell you the truth, I've been a little busy with this and that, and at the end of the day, I've been exhausted. However, today I want to tell you about a new place that opened in Sabaneta, and I thought it was super important to show you because there are a lot of fitness enthusiasts here in the city, and I'm sure you'll love it as much as Jose and I did. After a morning of intense training, we were on our way home when we came across this small place that sells healthy and delicious snacks. It's one of four Prot-Well locations and is right next to the Sabaneta park, diagonally across from El Éxito.
I should mention that the place is a bit small, so if it's not crowded, you can sit down, and if it is crowded, you can still buy something to go, satisfy your craving, and leave feeling full. We ordered one regular protein shake and one special protein shake. I ordered strawberry and blueberry, and José ordered caramel. The protein shakes are made with almond milk and have no added sugar. The simple protein shake costs 20,000 pesos and comes with sauce, while the special one costs 23,000 pesos and comes with sauce, whipped cream, and crunchy toppings. This came to a total of 43,000 Colombian pesos, or approximately $12 USD. The protein shakes are huge. To be honest, I was so full that José had to help me, but since José is a big eater, he was able to finish his and eat part of mine. They were really delicious, and you can tell they're high quality and don't skimp on anything. We love this place and would go back a thousand times.
