Hi Guys, welcome to my blog post.
Today I'm preparing something crispy and very delicious.

This recipe is easy to follow and uses
basic ingredients. The result is potato fingers that are crispy on the outside and soft inside with melted cheese in the center.

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
1 egg
Salt
Black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh chopped parsley
Canned tuna (could be replaced by any kind of meat)
Cheese, cut into small cubes
1 egg (for coating)
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
white wheat flour

First, I peeled the potatoes and cut them into chunks. I put them in a pot, covered them with water, and added a bit of salt.
I let them boil until they were soft. After that, I drained them well and mashed them until smooth.

While the potatoes were still warm, I added one minced boiled egg which adds an amazing taste. Then I added chopped
parsley, garlic and some tuna, You can replace the tuna with any kind of meat, i prefer minced meat as a replacement.

I mixed everything until it formed a soft dough that I could shape by hand.
Next, I took small portions and shaped them into balls then flattened them.

I cut the cheese into small cubes. If the cheese
is too soft, it helps to put it in the freezer for a short time so it’s easier to cut.

I pressed a cube of cheese into each
ball and closed it well so the cheese stays inside while frying.

After shaping all of them, I prepared 3 small plates. In one plate, I beat the egg. In the other, I added the breadcrumbs.
and in the third one i put the white wheat flour.

I dipped each piece in the wheat first, then the egg, then rolled it in
breadcrumbs until fully coated. Then i put them in the fridge, alternatively you can let them sit for 3 or 4 hours without putting them in the fridge, the whole point of this is for them to become firm.

For frying, I heated oil in a small pan. The oil should be enough to cover the potato fingers so they cook evenly and don’t break.

Once the oil was hot, I added them in and fried on medium heat. I turned them from time to time until they became golden on all sides.

When they were done, I took them out and placed them on paper towels to remove extra oil.

The result is amazing.

I'm telling you, you should try them, they are very delicious.

Serve them while still warm.
Thank you for reading, and I’ll share another simple recipe soon.

Loved how you walked through those crispy potato fingers step by step, especially the tip about freezing soft cheese a little so it’s easier to cube and keep inside. The tuna swap for minced meat is a nice touch too, because it makes the recipe flexible depending on what people have at home.
