Hey lovelies ❤️
It's your favorite girl @debbie-ese 😍
Welcome to my blog 🤗
In this post I will be sharing with you a quick and satisfying meal that you can make for yourself and your family especially during those moments that you don't have the luxury of time to spend in the kitchen or when you just crave some tasty noodles. This recipe is loaded with quite a number of ingredients like sausage, carrots, eggs, as well as onions, tomatoes among others.
The meal is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and it can be enjoyed by every member of the family especially the kids.
This meal was made for dinner for my family and if you can observe from the picture quality it isn't really sharp and it is because there was no power supply so I had to make use of only the flash from my camera.
Let's start the process of making noodles with sausage and eggs
Ingredients
5 packs of Indomie noodles
3 carrots
4 chicken sausages
1 onion
4 eggs
2 tsp vegetable oil
1½ tbsp dry ground pepper
Seasoning from Indomie packs
Step by Step
Start by washing and slicing your onions, tomatoes and carrots into your desired shapes.
Next, cut the chicken sausages into small sizes that can be easily picked up by fork.
Then crack your eggs in a bowl, season with some Indomie noodles seasoning and some pepper and whisk. Set aside.
Next, in a frying pan heat about 2 tsp of vegetable oil on medium heat and add the sliced sausages and stir fry.
Then add the tomatoes and continue stir-frying until it is done, add in the dry ground pepper and the noodles seasoning.
The last thing you will be adding before turning off the heat is the carrots. This is to make sure they are slightly crunchy.
Stir together for another 60 seconds and put off the heat. Set aside.
Using the same frying pan, add a little vegetable oil and pour in the eggs you have whisked and fry them. Set aside.
Now, in a pot boil some water and add your Indomie noodles. Let it cook for about 2 minutes. We don't want it to be too soft.
Then drain the water and set aside.
Next, in a pot toss in the stir-fried sausage and vegetables. You can add a little water and allow it heat up.
Add the noodles you set aside earlier and mix all together.
Let it simmer for about 2 minutes on low heat and put off the heat.
Your noodles is ready.
Serve it hot with the eggs by the side.
Thanks for reading and see you in my next one.
