My favorite Amatriciana! And you're using quality pasta... it's not my favorite Rummo, but it's hard to get either anyway. I also like the quadratic spaghetti, or, even better for Amatriciana, bucatini. Anyway, looks delicious!

        Bucatini are very good, only this time I wanted to use the Square spaghetti because has worked very well for me, they absorb the sauce well.
