I tell you that yesterday I had a very nice and relaxing girls' outing with my mom, we had breakfast together, ran some errands, did some shopping and of course, as the idea was to spend the whole day together, we wanted to have lunch at a restaurant that caught our attention.
The restaurant is called "Buffalo Grill" and sells grilled food, burgers, salads, pastas, among other options. Something I liked about this place is that before entering, you find the menu at the entrance so you can see if you like any of the options. In our case there were several options that we liked so we decided to go in and give it a try.
I quite liked the place, the decoration is super nice, warm lights, some artificial plants, neon signs, although it is in a shopping center (in the Bistro street of the Viva shopping center) I thought it was quite nice. Once we were seated at the table, they gave us a paper placemat with some games, including alphabet soup, which I like a lot. Also, we could see the complete menu and decide what we wanted to eat.
For my part, I decided on a house salad that consisted of a bowl with a base of lettuce, avocado, corn, fresh cheese, tomato shells, parmesan cheese, bacon, grilled chicken and garlic aioli. It was really delicious, I really liked the combination, besides the fact that all the vegetables felt fresh and the chicken felt juicy but at the same time with that grilled touch. On the other hand, my mom ordered a breast au gratin that looked amazing and she told me it was very tasty.
To accompany both we ordered a corozo and mint flavored soda. All the food was amazing, we liked the service, the place and of course, the dishes. In the end, we paid a total of $104,400 Colombian pesos ($24.28 dollars) and without a doubt, it was a very good experience that I was able to enjoy with my mom. Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un lindo día. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien gracias a Dios. Les cuento que el día de ayer tuve una salida de chicas bastante linda y relajante con mi mamá, desayunamos juntas, hicimos varias diligencias, algunas compras y por supuesto, como la idea pasar todo el día juntas, quisimos almorzar en un restaurante que nos llamó la atención.
El restaurante se llama "Buffalo Grill" y vende comida a la parrilla, hamburguesas, ensaladas, pastas, entre otras opciones. Algo que me gustó de este lugar es que antes de entrar, encuentras el menú en la entrada por lo que puedes ver si alguna de sus opciones te gusta. En nuestro habían varias opciones que nos gustaron por lo que decidimos entrar y darle una oportunidad.
Me gustó bastante el lugar, la decoración es super linda, luces calidas, algunas plantas artificiales, letreros en neón, aunque es en un centro comercial (En la calle Bistro del centro comercial Viva) me pareció bastante lindo. Una vez nos sentamos en la mesa nos pusieron un individual que era en papel y traía algunos juegos entre esos la sopa de letras que me gusta bastante. También, pudimos ver el menú completo y así decidir que querías comer.
Por mi parte, me decidí por una house salad que consistía en un bol con base de lechuga, aguacate, maíz, queso fresco, tomate en cascos, queso parmesano, tocineta, pollo al grill y alioli de ajo. Estaba realmente deliciosa, me gusto mucho la combinación a parte de que todos los vegetales se sentían frescos y el pollo se sentía jugoso pero a la vez con ese toque a la parrilla. Por otra parte, mi mamá pidió una pechuga al gratin que se veía increíble y según me dice estaba muy rica.
Para acompañar ambas pedimos una soda saborizada de corozo y menta. Toda la comida estaba increíble, nos gustó bastante la atención, el lugar y por supuesto, los platillos. Al final, pagamos un total de $104.400 pesos colombianos ($24.28 dólares) sin duda, fue una muy buena experiencia que pude disfrutar junto a mi mamá.
