Beyond baking cookies with my little eleven year old niece Zoe; I had the experience of being her assistant in the kitchen. To put it in context Zoe came to spend a few days with me; then she said: Auntie I want to eat cookies prepared by me; because I make vanilla and chocolate chip cookies at home. I told her no more talk about it, let's make cookies, so we went to the kitchen to look for the ingredients to make her recipe.
- Harina de trigo, 300 gramos.
- Azúcar, 180 gramos.
- Mantequilla, 115 gramos.
- Huevo, 1.
- Vainilla, 1 cucharadita.
- Biscarbonato, 1 cucharadita.
- pasitas, 50 gramos.
- Wheat flour, 300 grams.
- Sugar, 180 grams.
- Butter, 115 grams.
- Egg, 1.
- Vanilla, 1 teaspoon.
- Biscarbonate, 1 teaspoon.
- Raisins, 50 grams.
Iniciamos derritiendo los 115 gramos de mantequilla.
We start by melting the 115 grams of butter.
En un recipiente echamos azúcar y mantequilla derretida; mezclamos.
seguimos incorporando: huevo,vainilla,biscarbonado, harina; no dejar de mezclar.
In a bowl pour sugar and melted butter; mix. We continue incorporating: egg, vanilla, biscarbonate, flour; do not stop mixing.

Zoe dividió la masa en dos porciones; a una porción incorporo las pasitas; para hornear galletas con pasas y otras sin pasas.

En una bandeja expandimos mantequilla y harina. Le damos formar redonda. Y llevamos al horno a 180 grados por 35 minutos, este proceso lo realice yo; ya que Zoe es una niña; eso es de suma importancia supervisar a los memores cuando realicen alguna actividad en la cocina. Zoe utiliza en su casa la freidora de aire, aquí utilizamos el horno, entonces estuve muy pendiente de su seguridad.
In a tray we spread butter and flour. We give it a round shape. And we take it to the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, this process was done by me; since Zoe is a child, it is very important to supervise the children when they do any activity in the kitchen. Zoe uses the air fryer at home, here we use the oven, so I was very attentive to her safety.
