Greetings, my dear food-loving friends. Happy weekend to all, I hope you are doing well, in good health and spirits.
On Thursday night, we went to Le Grand restaurant to celebrate our daughter's graduation, a very important and emotional event for the whole family. We chose this place because we have been there several times for other celebrations and always leave happy. It is a beautiful restaurant, decorated in Parisian style with a cozy and elegant atmosphere. We really like the service, which is always friendly and attentive, and of course the food, which never disappoints.
This time we went at night, after the ceremony, and I loved it because the place looks even more special. The dim lights create a warm, intimate, and very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for such a meaningful celebration.

El jueves en la noche fuimos al restaurante Le Grand para celebrar la graduación de nuestra hija, un acontecimiento muy importante y lleno de emociones para toda la familia. Elegimos este lugar porque ya hemos ido varias veces en otras celebraciones y siempre salimos felices. Es un restaurante hermoso, decorado al estilo parisino y con un ambiente acogedor y elegante. Nos gusta mucho la atención, siempre amable y detallista, y por supuesto la comida, que nunca decepciona.
Esta vez fuimos de noche, después de la ceremonia, y me encantó porque el lugar luce todavía más especial. Las luces tenues crean una atmósfera cálida, íntima y muy agradable, perfecta para una celebración tan significativa.

I ordered a Greek chicken bowl that was simply exquisite: juicy chicken breast, fresh Greek salad, well-prepared quinoa, and, to top it off, the tzatziki sauce that I love. That mixture of yogurt and cucumber is delicious and refreshing, a perfect contrast to the rest of the dish. My husband opted for roast chicken with orange and Colombian potatoes with that homemade touch and full of flavor that he likes so much. My son-in-law chose grilled chicken, beautifully presented and full of flavor, and my daughter chose spaghetti with cream and parmesan, a creamy and delicate pasta that she enjoyed from start to finish.
We all ate delicious food and were completely satisfied. Beyond the dishes, what made the evening special was sharing it together, toasting my daughter's achievements, and feeling that we were celebrating her effort, her tenacity, and the blessings for the family.
We left Le Grand with hearts full of joy and gratitude. It was a perfect evening, with good food, a charming atmosphere, and, above all, the company of our loved ones.
Yo pedí un bowl de pollo griego que estaba sencillamente exquisito: pechuga de pollo jugosa, ensalada griega fresca, quinoa bien preparada y, para completar, la salsa tzatziki que me fascina. Esa mezcla de yogurt y pepino resulta deliciosa y refrescante, un contraste perfecto con el resto del plato. Mi esposo se decidió por un pollo rostizado, a la naranja y con papitas colombianas con ese toque casero y lleno de sabor que tanto le gusta. Mi yerno eligió un pollo a la parrilla, muy bien presentado y con mucho sabor, y mi hija escogió unos spaghetti a la crema di parmigiano, una pasta cremosa y delicada que disfrutó de principio a fin.
Todos comimos delicioso y quedamos completamente satisfechos. Más allá de los platos, lo especial de la noche fue compartir juntos, brindar por los logros de mi hija y sentir que estábamos celebrando su esfuerzo, su tenacidad y las bendiciones para la familia.
Salimos de Le Grand con el corazón lleno de alegría y gratitud. Fue una velada perfecta, con buena comida, un ambiente encantador y, sobre todo, la compañía más querida.
