HiveFood friends, I want to share a recipe for fried fish, which is very easy to make. Before making the recipe, we try to know about it.
Fish is a healthy and natural food. It is rich in protein, which strengthens muscles and gives strength to bones. Omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial for the heart and brain. In addition, it also contains vitamins A, D, and B-12. It also contains phosphorus, calcium, zinc, and iodine, which are very important for human health.

- First of all, wash the fish pieces thoroughly so that they are completely clean
You can also use lemon juice to remove its smell. Now we mix all the spices in it, which has two methods.
All the ingredients mentioned above are mixed in a bowl, and then the fish pieces are added to it, and it is kept in the refrigerator for half an hour to marinate.
- The method I have used is that I have applied salt, pepper, turmeric powder, fish masala, and besan on these fish pieces, and then after adding a little water, I have mixed all of them. When they are mixed well and the masala has been applied to these pieces, I keep them in the refrigerator for half an hour so that they marinate and the masala is absorbed inside the pieces.
- Now I have taken a pan in which I have put oil. Now I will heat it on low to high flame so that the oil gets hot. After heating the oil, I put the pieces coated with spices in it.
- In four to five minutes, the fish face starts to fry and its color becomes light brown. Now it depends on you whether you want to keep it soft or I have given it some time and made it crispy so that it looks delicious to eat.
