I'm waiting for the sugar, flour, butter part of shell bread :D
The same dough mixture is used for Choux au Craquelin on the top, if Im not mistaken, looking forward to step by step 👀

I'm delighted with that layer on top of the shell bread, I'm even using it in other types of preparations, even to cover tarts. Soon I will share the recipe for the shell bread and all those details.
