Health is wealth, and a lot of people follow this in their lifestyle and health routine. So they do a lot of physical exercise every day and ensure some good and healthy food. My eating habits have been very bad for a few years, and it is because I was spending a lot of time in front of the screen doing research on different companies and reading their balance sheets. I started facing some health-related issues when my cholesterol was high, and I got my health checkup done recently, so I had a consultation with the doctor, who advised me to eat more home-cooked food.
Apart from the home-cooked food, the doctor also advised me to follow a healthy lifestyle, where every day I need to walk at least 10,000 steps and also eat more vegetables and green salad. This is not new for me because we all know that eating green vegetables and salad is good for health. We should do it, but maybe because of the kind of work life we live in, it is not easy to follow, or maybe we just don't want to follow, as we pretend that we are busy, but this should not be the case.
Maybe that a lot of us wait for the day they start facing problems with their health, then only they try to work on their diet and also work on their fitness schedule. But in the idle scenario, there should be another way around. Well, we should be walking on this before any health-related problems. No, because I started facing those, so I'm also trying to be more concerned and careful about my diet, so here is what I had this morning. A plate of salad that I eat before a meal.

I have started this healthy lifestyle recently, and I want to continue it, which I know is not going to be easy, but I will be trying my best to adopt it and follow it as much as possible because it is good for me. Now I am trying to change my lifestyle with more fitness activities every day. I try to walk more, which is not 10,000 steps in a day, but I'm just trying to improve, and also trying to have more healthy intake instead of some junk food or food that is not good for my health. It is a good start, and I hope I can continue it like this.
