It will be a lot to juggle! Especially with having to keep up on all of the other responsibilities. We'll either end up in an extended stay hotel or an Airbnb in the area. We'll need something with a small kitchen so we can cook meals. I use my phone for notes now so that will probably be all I'll need for the daily check-ins.
An Airbnb with a real kitchen sounds perfect. Your phone can be the command center, maybe one pinned note or a shared checklist so the daily calls are quick. Are you thinking of doing a simple meal plan for the two weeks, like two or three go to dinners you can rotate? Also, do you have a plan for packages and mail while you are out?
