From time to time I like to eat a nice Schnitzel, it is an traditional Austrian food that I cannot resist and I usually eat it once a month. In combination with some lemon and a potato salad it tastes especially good. Yes I am a meat lover and I like dishes with a good portion of meat sometimes. During a normal work week I don't eat that much meat but sometimes on the weekends I really like to enjoy some meat in different variants, and schnitzel is one of my favorites.
