Today I visited Thai coconut ice cream shop. This place is famous for Thai-style coconut ice cream, but I didn’t try the ice cream. I tried the drinks instead, because the weather is hot.
The shop is small, with a green sign. Nothing special inside. Not really a place for taking photos or sitting long. Most people buy and go.
They sell many kinds of drinks and food with coconut. Also have fruit juices like pineapple, watermelon, guava, orange, carrot...
I have ordered from this shop many times with juices like pomegranate juice, pineapple juice, passion fruit mixed with pineapple, delicious and healthy juices
I bought: Coconut with lotus seeds and Thai coconut milk juice 💵 Price: 70,000 VND for 2 cups
🥤 Thai coconut milk juice
It looks like milk, smells good, and has strong coconut taste. But very sweet. I asked the seller: “Do you add sugar?”
She said: “No, this drink is not sweet.”
I believed her. But when I drank, it was too sweet for me. I felt tired after drinking.
🥥 Coconut with lotus seeds
There are lotus seeds (soft and nice smell), and coconut pieces (crunchy and fun to chew). But the coconut water was also sweet. I thought it should be fresh and light, but maybe they added sugar already.

If you love sweet and coconut, maybe you will like it. But if you want light and fresh taste like me, maybe you will not like. 😐
