460 straight weeks of dedication to beer and hoppy hijinks is legit! New to beer or seasoned piss tank, you are always welcome to pull up a pint and join @detlev and the gang at https://peakd.com/hive-187719/@detlev/beersaturday-460 | hive.blog/hive-187719/@detlev/beersaturday-460 with your post about beer.
In this 460th edition, I am enjoying pints all over town!

This week's Pint of the Week was enjoyed in one of the best pubs in town with a client we do digital advertising for. Some people go for bullshit beer like Michelob Ultra but the rest of us opt for something with less shame and more flavour. I opted for aBroken Rail Tesla's Revenge IPA and @sequentialvibe opted for a world-famous Guinness. Beers the company pays for are pretty damn sweet!

Cross Czech!
It is that time of year when hockey heads into the playoffs. This means that if you thought Canadians were crazy about hockey, the playoffs is next level. Maybe like March Madness?
Anyhow, this is a beer brewed by local favourite Black Swan Brewing for the local junior hockey team The Warriors which you can see on the crest on the can. When the other beer is miller light and coors bullshit, I am happy to get a nice local lager with Bramling Cross and Chech Saaz hops for a light but tasty beer.

Carried Away
Here is another pint I enjoyed at End Times Bar and Beer Shop who apparently still haven't gotten around to finishing their website. When Hive is $10 and I have launched my local beer tour company you can hire with $Hive, I will take you to meet this guy and enjoy his well-curated inventory of regional craft beer.
In the meantime, this fantastic pint is a Carried Away Hazy IPA from Wishbone Brewing Company which is about an hour and 20 minutes drive from here. At 6.5% AVB with Galaxy and Citra hops, it comes pretty close to what we try to brew in our garage brewery. They add Columbus hops as well which we haven't but might in the future because of how good this beer was!

Speaking of Brewing...
...it was a great day to brew! Sunny and 15 Celsius which felt warmer in the spring sun. Brew master is back from vacation so we dropped a session IPA into the brewer and enjoyed the end of the weekend.

#BEERSaturday!

Can't have too many drafts!
Now it is time for you to join me, @detlev , and these other beerologists because there is always room for more beer bloggers at the Beer Saturday gathering... https://peakd.com/hive-187719/@detlev/beersaturday-460 | hive.blog/hive-187719/@detlev/beersaturday-460 Cheers to beers and beers all over this small town!
