Bottle gourd leaves are a very delicious dish. They taste wonderful with hot rice. However, I like to eat these bottle gourd leaves with potatoes. You’ve cooked it very nicely.

        Yes, it can be eaten with potatoes and I have eaten it before.It can be cooked and eaten with potatoes.
