There are many green vegetables and green leaves in this world and most of the time we collect green vegetables for food.We all know that green vegetables are very beneficial for the human body.Apart from various vegetables, there are green leaves which are known to be very beneficial and rich in vitamins.Green leaves are the most necessary for survival.
There is a lot of green nature in our agricultural land or the forest around our house and from there we can eat various green leaves.There are many green leaves whose qualities and benefits we are not aware of.But in reality, green leaves are known as medicinal leaves.If we look around a little, we can find green vines and many other medicinal plants.

This tree is planted in the surrounding houses and the leaves of this tree can be eaten in any way, cooked.It is a very beneficial green leaf.This is the most well-known gourd tree and it is a native gourd tree.In fact, the green leaves of this gourd are a popular vegetable in our rural areas and it is a very beneficial vegetable.



I have heard that eating this green leaf is very beneficial for getting rid of constipation.It also has other medicinal properties, so I try to eat this leaf regularly.
