Yum! I'd love to try that red bean filling. It's the first time I've seen pastries with that kind of filling.

I used Aduki beans. I'm sure you will find it there.

I blended it and used a nut bag (or you can use a cheese cloth) to strain. Then I cooked it in the skillet with sugar for 20 minutes. I constantly stirred it until it was like a paste. It's too bad that I wasn't able to take photos!
Maybe I should try other types of beans, @noalys!
