People leave leader not job is so true, very unhappy with my immediate supervisor so much so I am contemplating resignation 😔

Make sure you have a backup job prepared just in case.

In a time full of nothing but uncertainty, it’s sucky

It’s a torture, waiting for my resume to get response

Get yourself another before you go or try to tolerate the supervisor by paying no mind to his mean behavior though not easy. But do it while you plan a good exit

Thanks for the advise, yup resume flying, hate the feeling, I still like what I am doing but that fellow is driving my BP high
