Regarding your post, I think I got all of my 1k leases (5k total) for an 8% APR ^^
And all I do is curate with it xD

Surprised someone was willing to delegate for that, lol

Its someone who only delegates at this point, not even voting or posting.
But the person have setup a bot to do all of that automatically above a certain %, dno.

It does seem like 8% is the lowest he will go :D
