Someone seeks an idyll far from their homeland in distant and secluded staves but I found an idyll on the slopes of the hills surrounding the valley of the Moldavian river Reut.
The silence and tranquility here can only be disturbed by crickets and cicadas with their singing, the chirping of birds the sound of the wind in the treetops and sometimes, the mooing of contented cows grazing on fertile meadows.
