Hello everyone, how are you? I'm happy and grateful to be able to share my recipes with you. Today I present to you some delicious pan-fried chicken thigh fillets.
Hola hola cómo están? feliz y agradecida por poder compartir con ustedes mis recetas, hoy les presento unos exquisitos muslos de pollo fileteados al sarten.
🍗 Ingredients:
1 chicken leg.
Salt and pepper.
Annatto.
Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
2 cloves of garlic.
Oil as needed.
🍗 Ingredientes:
1 pierna de pollo.
Sal y pimienta.
Onoto.
Salsa inglesa y salsa soya.
2 dientes de ajo.
Aceite el necesario.
🍗 Preparation:
Debone and fillet the chicken leg. Season with salt, pepper, annatto, and the sauces, and let it marinate for 1 hour. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a few tablespoons of oil. Once hot, add the chicken fillets and brown them well on both sides. Since the thigh is tougher, add 1/3 cup of broth and simmer gently so the chicken doesn't fall apart. Let it cook until the liquid is absorbed. I served this delicious dish with white rice and a salad of carrots 🥕, tomatoes 🍅, and lettuce 🥬.

🍗 Preparación:
Deshuesamos y fileteamos la pierna de pollo, adobamos con sal, pimienta, onoto, y las salsas dejamos marinar por 1 hora, colocamos un sartén al fuego con unas cucharadas de aceite, al estar bien caliente colocamos los filetes de pollo y doramos bien por ambos lados, como el muslo es más duro agregamos 1/3 taza de consomé y cocinamos a fuego lento para que no se rompan y dejamos cocer hasta consumir los líquidos, este exquisito plato lo acompañe de arroz blanco y ensalada de zanahoria 🥕, tomate 🍅 y lechuga 🥬.
