Hola food blogger! Very good photos of everything we ate. I hardly took any pics. The last dish is called huevos rotos (broken eggs). They have it at Brindisa in London.
As for the sauce, I'll send you a recipe from Barcelona. It's the same base (I also did a few paella classes) and we never used a jar of sauce. It's called a sofrito.

The white sauce next to the bread is allioli (garlic mayo), goes well with seafood rice. You can get the Chovi brand from Spain at Morrisons. Any shopping q's in the UK, let me know. I used to buy all my Spanish stuff at Garcia & Sons in Notting Hill.

Good to know. I got some ingredients from Alicante, enough to make paella 3-4 times.
