In this cooking basics tutorial, I will show you how to make eggs over-easy. Cooking eggs is one of the first things I ever learned how to cook when I was just a wee lad. I remember I loved sunny-side-up eggs, and I hated it when the yolk would break while cooking. I think I was 6 when I tried cooking my first egg, and I cried when I broke the yolk while cooking it. My awesome mom of course, allowed me to try cooking another one; this time I didn't break the yolk. Sunnyside up isn't for everyone, and now, as I am older, I prefer over-easy eggs. Still have a runny yolk, just a bit of a cloud cover to it lol.
