Today i would like to share the recipe of Fried Rice Made-up with stale curry & Rice Wasting of food is not at all good, as we earn by working hard day & night to have tasty food and comfort lifestyle but eating tasteless is also not anyone's Choice. To avoid such situations today i would like to share the recipe which make your stale curry more delicious and tasty. As navratri festival is going on India, in my house we worship Goddess Durga for Nine Days, so Eating onion & garlic is prohibited to consume in house, so you can add the onion & garlic and more veggies as your choice and liking. Try this recipe, 'm sure you gonna like it.

Ingredients📃
• 2 tbsp of oil.
• 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
• pinch of asafoetida.
• Stale curry.
• Stale Rice.
• 1 chopped Tomato.
• 1/2 chopped capsicum.
• 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
• 1/2 tbsp of garam masala.
• Salt to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳
Heat the oil in the kadai, Add the cumin seeds and Asafoetida, wait untill it start crackling.
Now add the chopped Tomato & Capsicum.
On low flame, add the indian spices - Turneric, Kashmiri laal mirch , garam masala & salt. Be careful there is highly chance of burning spices. saute it untill Tomato & capsicum get soft.
Now add the leftover curry, saute it for a second, add little water.
now add the leftover rice, on low flame, mix it well. Otherwise your stale rice started sticking from the bottom.
Mix it well, so that rice combined well with the spices and curry, cover it for 2 mins, so that it cooked in streams for more flavour & taste.
Serve the delicious and flavourful fried rice madeup of stale curry & Rice. For more flavour pair it with fresh curd or green chutney or Pickle.
