Time is the most precious asset we have, and it’s the one thing we can never recover. Sometimes we crave elaborate, gourmet dishes and have the heart to prepare them with love; however, other times we simply want something delicious and effortless. That’s why today, I’m sharing this incredibly easy and budget-friendly recipe so you can enjoy a great meal without wasting your time in the kitchen.
What ingredients will we need?
- 300g of pasta.
- 1 liter of drinking water.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 tablespoon of margarine.
- 5 tablespoons of oil (1 for cooking, 4 for the sauce base).
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- 1 teaspoon of salt (to taste).
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper (to taste).
- 1 teaspoon of food coloring or paprika.
- Fresh parsley to taste.
How is it prepared? It’s very simple.
Step 1:
In a pot, pour the liter of hot water. At the first boil, add a pinch of salt and one tablespoon of oil. Now, add the 300g of pasta and let it cook for 7 minutes. Once the time is up, drain the water and let the pasta rest for a bit. Meanwhile, we will prepare the sauce.
Step 2:
In a skillet over controlled heat, melt one tablespoon of margarine with four tablespoons of oil. Now, add two tablespoons of tomato paste and stir with steady, calm movements. Next, add a teaspoon of salt, black pepper to taste, the coloring or paprika, and the parsley. Mix gently until the aromas blend together.

Step 3:
Once all the seasonings are integrated, add the 4 eggs directly into the mixture and stir firmly until they reach the perfect level of firmness.
Step 4:
With the sauce ready, proceed to add the pasta to the skillet. Mix lightly until all the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce. Now, serve and garnish with a mint leaf or a bit of parsley to give your dish that elegant touch.
See? Easy, nutritious, and practical. Effortless.
