I made crepes for breakfast again. This recipe makes four of them.

I'm getting the hang of this. 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of milk, one egg.

Brush some Olive Oil onto a pan, set on Medium heat. Then Pour slightly less than half a cup of the batter on the edge and swirl to make a thin layer. Flip, add cheese and meat, flip again then and fold.

Gotta eat them while you're making them though

cause they should be served hot.
