You know, I used to have a bit more faith in people and the sanctity of truth. These days, it seems that truth is so much more objective to the individual who might settle on a truth because it promotes convenience. Imagine a true statement discounted as fake news because it is inconvenient to an agenda and then that sentiment is believed as true.

One does not simply walk into Mordor and one should not be able to bend the truth to suit their preconceived notions!

Anyhow, I find the truth can teach itself to us in moments of inconvenience if we are determined to learn it. It should not be bound to peace but truth should provide a level of peace when it is discovered.

I can’t decide whether I like the pictures or the painting more! The lighting in the pics is so eye catching and the white highlights in the painting contrast yet blend so nicely with the subject!
