I couldn't agree more, if you don't have clear thinking the last thing you will make are good decisions. And thinking about what the right thing to do beforehand you are more likely to make the ethical and best choice for everyone involved. These days decisions tend to be rushed and made with little or no thinkin to begin with, and so the end result shouldn't be even remotely a surprise!
