I should have written the review of the day focusing on it being 'Peking Duck Day'. A recipe from Chinese cuisine that is also called: Lacquered Peking Duck. But I started checking things on the computer very late, and got distracted by other tasks, until I saw that there are minutes left until the end of the day.
