Eating healthy is the best way. I know some people might argue that junk food gives them the energy they need for their day-to-day work.Well, no doubt about that, but can we talk about the harm most of this junk food causes to our health.
I don't really like junk food; I love eating healthy whether to maintain weight or just for health.If I am going to eat rice, I try to add steamed vegetables on the side. At times, I add avocado to it, just so I will get some nutrients. Rice on its own is carbohydrates. Adding fish, avocado, and steamed vegetables makes up for other nutrients that I might be missing.
Another reason why I don't like junk, especially fries, is that the oil they use in frying most of this food is not healthy for consumption. Most of the time they keep this oil uncovered.I love my food to be well cooked in a clean environment, so I make most of my meals by myself.
Although I don't usually eat junk food, but depending on where I find myself then i will eat it, I remember when I went out for work and tried to buy roadside junk food. I ended up in the hospital with serious food poisoning. Since then, I consume both in moderation, especially healthy meals.
