I believe that my superpower is systems integration. And I'm particularly proud of a production control system that I developed in the 1990s for an engineering company. Where I connected the sales orders from an entry level Sage accounting package to my bespoke database. Which held routing information for all their products. Allowing job cards for manufacturing order control. These included bar codes for easy updating. And I programmed and networked bar code readers. Enabling works order tracking and costing. From memory, it was less than £5K for a production control system that would have been at least £25K from an established company.

Mostly, it was all about moving data between the different programs. And I found that useful later when I moved my websites between platforms. But that's a story for another day.
