I haven't posted anything for a while.
No time due to work and studies. Also, to improve my workflow, I had to write a few generators.
I would like to post something creative, but today is Sunday and today is a small post about food.
In fact, it was prepared "from what was in the fridge."
It all started when I took a frozen smoked sausage out of the freezer. Sometimes I freeze products that I bought too much of. This is one of those cases.
I peeled and chopped one carrot, a small onion, and some garlic.
I bought pasta that wasn't too expensive. I bought it on sale.

Frying pan time!
Sausage cut into thin slices, olive oil and a little pork lard fried with the meat. Yeah, it's not vegetarian at all and not very healthy) maybe about healthy food next time.
It needs to be fried a little to get a light crust.

At this stage I added the prepared vegetables. First the onions and carrots. Need to fry them for a couple of minutes so that the onions become a little golden.

Now I added spices and garlic.

Time to add frozen vegetables. For example, today I used "vegetables in a pan in Polish style" (Now this is not an advertisement).
In fact, you can use any frozen vegetables that cook in under 10 minutes.

Now I add a little water so that the vegetables are "steamed" but not burnt.

While the vegetables are cooking, I throw the pasta into salted water (about a teaspoon of salt (5-7 grams) per 1 liter of water).

This time I added a little tomato (tomato paste). To add a little sourness. Actually, you can cook without tomato.
Of course, everything needs to be stirred from time to time and the temperature of the stove needs to be monitored.

The vegetables and pasta cook in just 7-8 minutes. After that, the pasta can be mixed with the vegetables in the pan.

The pasta and vegetables should be thoroughly mixed and fried for another 1-2 minutes.

Total cooking time is a maximum of 20 minutes. The price in my area is a little over $1.
