Hello everyone, how are you all? I hope you all are doing well and i am too. Its been so many days again and today i want to tell that i shifted my food to healthy ones which includes carbohydrates, protein, fat and vitamins etc.. in required quantity.




I shifted because i am daily eating heavy food having carbohydrates more and also biryani and i gained weight a lot. So reduce my weight and be heathy i decided to healthy food and sho i am eating salads and bowls in teh afternoon. Night also i am eating less food with fruits.
