Eating garlic usually does the job for me too, sometimes I add ginger too. Haven't really get used to the spicy feeling yet so I drink a lot of water afterwards. Getting waylaid especially when it comes unexpectedly always messes with my schedule and I have to contend that the body is way wiser than me and knows what's it's doing lol.
