RE: Waylaid

Eating raw garlic? That just sounds like a lot. My usual method is to chug a half gallon of orange juice if I even remotely suspect I'm getting sick. When that fails I usually just take 3x the recommended dose of cough suppressant and let a low grade robotrip mask my symptoms.

Covid got me last year and messed up my fun a bit. Had a rather mild case but it left me a parting gift of vertigo that took a couple months to resolve. If I held my head still it was fine, so I could write and edit without difficulty but as soon as I moved my head the world spun. Made working in my flowerbeds feel like a constant roller coaster ride.

No way garlic had so many benefits for our bodies, besides just helping take out the germs. It's anti-parasitic too which is huge because most people are loaded with parasites and many don't even realize it. The parasite angle has been a really opening experience for us, just how nefarious those damn things are. Plus it also helps to naturally reduce blood pressure among many other things.

I do get loading up on vitamin C though, that's good!

I've had inner ear issues that sound like what you were experiencing and it's brutal. I almost fell walking up and down the stairs a few years ago after an ear infection it was miserable. We take our balance and not having vertigo for granted for sure!
