I am not sure I have ever had goat before. I have had lamb, but I can't recall the other. I would imagine they are kind of similar?

        I never had lamb....so can tell about the meat..but this roasted skin is completely a tribal thing...never seen them before.

              Interesting. I would have guessed they were a lot more similar. Perhaps they are not.
