Today I'm having horse mackerel baked in the oven in rich tomato sauce with sliced garlic and red pepper, onion rings, olive oil, oregano, and salt.

It's a summer dish, full of flavor and nutrients.
If you asked a doctor to recommend healthy foods to include in your diet, fish would definitely be in the list.
You can safely eat different types of fish and seafood every single day of the week and reap multiple benefits to your health.

All of the ingredients literally melted after 40 minutes in the oven.
Some people may not like garlic or onions that much, or they could choose some other type of fish, because the horse mackerel has quite a few small bones.
I tried to do my best with these ingredients.

I love mackerel, but I suffer from gout so I can't eat them as often as I would like 😅.
