Hello, my lovely friends.
Monday morning truly started off invigorating. Even though I looked out the window and saw a light rain, I didn't let it get in the way of my life. My morning routine began in the kitchen as usual, from cooking rice, washing dishes, to heating up food and making a delicious breakfast for my mother and my talented daughter.
After finishing the meal, I did a little more housework by opening my workout app
to warm up and check the weather again. It turned out the rain had stopped, even though the sky was still overcast. I quickly put on my socks and my favorite running shoes and stepped out onto the road to begin my jog. As I ran, I took photos of the surrounding nature as souvenirs and took some selfies. Once I had some beautiful shots, I started running seriously again, with upbeat music and the workout app as my companions. I ran to the back of the temple in the village, stopped for another photo break, and then continued running to the Trang River. I ran along the sidewalk along the canal until the end of the path, then circled back onto the concrete road in the village. Suddenly, my phone rang. It was my daughter's voice, startled awake by the time she'd already woken up. It was Monday,
and she had to go to school. But because she had a slight fever, I'd already sent her a sick leave message on the school's Line account, but I hadn't woken her up. That's why she overslept and woke up late, and she was shocked by the rapid passage of time. Out of concern for my daughter, I decided to run home right away at around 7:00 AM to check on her and tell her to take another day off from school to get plenty of rest.
When I got home, I gave my daughter food and medicine, then let her rest. I then resumed my running mission, which I had left on the concrete road in the village. This time, I ran with even greater intensity and determination to achieve my goal. Having accomplished my personal mission, I returned to my most important task of the day: caring for my beloved mother-in-law. I started by feeding her breakfast, bathing her, and giving her physical therapy. I also fed my beloved pets, including a parrot and a cat, and completed everything in this warm, white house.
Baan Suan
I traveled to Ban Suan on my trusty tricycle. Upon arrival, I immediately began my usual routine. The first thing I needed to do was feed the ducks and chickens I'd brought from home with love and care. Then, I soaked the food until it swelled, mixing it with banana stalks—a secret recipe my pets love.
The next task was cleaning the area around the house and the cages. I started by plugging in the motor to spray it with water. Then, I cleaned the parrot cage. Of course, I didn't forget the cage for the large Sulcata tortoise, which required special care. I soaked the tortoise in water to help it flush out uric acid, a crucial part of its health. After the cleaning, it was time to feed the parrots and scatter food around the pond's fish. The day's chores at Ban Suan were complete.
However, the lingering problem from yesterday was the escaped parrot. Luckily, I caught one yesterday. It returned to rest next to its cage, but to my shock, the other quickly flew away. Unfortunately, I didn't catch both.
This morning, when I arrived at the garden, I found the escaped parrot still hovering near its usual spot. It seemed to miss its home and the family in its cage. I tried to catch it, but to no avail. Of course, I had to leave some food for it, knowing my parrot would be very hungry. After a long wait, hoping for a chance to catch it, but there was no sign of it, I had to give up and let it fly freely for now. I used my phone's zoom camera to capture its impressive moments instead. When it was time to write, I realized I should return to the garden in the evening after sunset. As darkness fell, the parrot would likely come down to sleep in its cage, as its family was waiting there, loving and missing it. I'll be back to update you on this little mischievous creature.
For today, I must say goodbye. See you again with another story about my life. Bye-bye
