Today’s pace felt controlled and purposeful. I split the movement into two main walks: one in the morning to shake off the early chill and another in the late afternoon as the light softened. The air carried that crisp November clarity — cool enough to refresh, warm enough to enjoy. Every step felt steady, grounded, and aligned with the rhythm I’ve been building day after day.
🍴 Food & Fuel
Breakfast: Banana–soy protein smoothie with oats
Lunch: Turkey and spinach wrap with hummus
Dinner: Grilled salmon with quinoa and steamed vegetables

The meals followed a clean structure: light in the morning, balanced at midday, and warm in the evening. Enough energy to support the movement, without weighing the body down.
💭 Reflection
15,937 steps were not about intensity — they were about presence. There’s something powerful in showing up for yourself in simple, repeatable ways. Movement becomes a language, a rhythm, a grounding force. Step after step, the body strengthens and the mind clears.
