A smooth and steady day of motion. I started with light morning stretches followed by a series of short walks spread throughout the day. The biggest share of steps came from an evening stroll — quiet streets, cool breeze, and just the right pace to unwind from the week.

Breakfast: Veggie omelette with whole-grain toast
Lunch: Brown rice with black beans and salsa
Dinner: Chicken stir-fry with broccoli and red bell pepper

Meals were clean and colorful, keeping energy levels stable while feeling light. The combination of protein, grains, and vegetables made recovery easy and natural.
💭 Reflection
