
I was really not in the mood to cook tonight, so I just threw together something simple to eat. Found a few leftover hot pot meatballs in the fridge, tossed them all into the pot for a quick one-pot mess—super time-saving and easy. Drained it a bit, stirred in some soy sauce, and that was the seasoning done. Out of all those meatballs, the fish ones are definitely my pick.
