Choose the small ones, so it is not hard for you to chew and digest the meat. If the head is about the size of a pingpong ball, the meat is somewhat rubbery to chew if you don't know the technique in cooking.

You're welcome! You can watch some cooking techniques in YouTube so you have some basis. Or visit a Japanese restaurant in your place if there are any, look for the recipe with a "tako" word in it, that's the Japanese term for octopus.🤗♥️🫰
