Before I found this smoothie recipe, I enjoy my banana with my roasted peanuts as snack. But all that changed when someone told me about blending them as smoothie. I thought about it and i figured that it makes alot of sense. If i can enjoy my banana and roasted peanuts, then I'll definitely enjoy them as smoothie.
I decided to make it richer, more creamy and super delicious by adding dates as sweetener and also youghurt for that extra creamy texture and amazing flavor.
This smoothie recipe is topnotch, creamy and rich in flavors. Above everything, it is healthy and good for the body.
Let me quickly show you how i prepared it.
Ingredients needed
- 3 pieces of banana
- half glass of youghurt
- 3 pieces of dates
- 1 tablespoon of roasted peanut
How to prepare
Wash, peel and slice.the banana into small sizes and set aside.
Wash and remove the seeds of the dates and set aside.

Add both the dates, banana and roasted peanuts into the blender , pour the half cup of youghurt and blend till smooth and creamy.

This smoothie is everything, it's creamy, sweet and lovely. The combo is awesome. The taste of peanut combined with banana and youghurt and then sweetened with diet is amazing.
Trust me, you need to make this more than a glass if you truly wish to be satisfied.
