Warm greetings to everyone here how are you all doing today,Is a very hot afternoon here and I need something to cool my body so I made this healthy juice with beetroot and watermelon to cool my head.
Let's see the ingredients I used in making my juice.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/4 size of watermelon
1 beetroot
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first peel my beetroot, wash and cut into pieces I will now remove my watermelon from the back cut into smaller size.
I will now put them into my blender and blend with my chilled water.
After blending I will use my filter and filter it.
Here my juice is ready.
Looking at this juice is very healthy and to the body and chilled for the hot weather.
