I've never seen a blender that grinds the beets to pulp, I hate drinking it and having all that roughages in my mouth.

        There are good blenders out there that can blend beets to smooth texture. Mine is power horse, 1000W so it crushes even soya beans, hehehe.

        But you can always sieve it afterwards
