Hi hive friends, there was a recipe that had been in my head for a while for how tasty it would be and it did not disappoint me at all, it brought back memories of a flavor of a pretty good drink that I used to drink and it was the same flavor of an ingredient that I used to make the smoothie, the drink is migurt brand yogurt and the ingredients that I used to make the smoothie were strawberries, oatmeal and milk. It is to be admired how easy it is to make, as it is quite tasty. I can also say that it is very nutritious and ideal to drink after a workout because it replenishes the lost energy. So here is this step by step.

200 grs de fresas, 3/4 de taza de avena, 1/2 taza de leche, 01 cucharada de ch{ia, 01 ccucharada vainilla, 01 vaso de agua, ssazúcar al gusto.
English:
200 grams of strawberries, 3/4 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of chia, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 glass of water, sugar to taste.

Lo primero que hago es lavar bien las fresas, quitarles las hojas y cortarlas por la mitad.
