A blessed afternoon to my beloved friends in the community and all our creative friends onchain. I hope that our week is coming on well as we are fast approaching the end of this week. Today I will be sharing with the community the making process of my breakfast meal for today. It's a very simple and fast diy process you can use to prepare some rich family meals that are budget friendly

It is very important to eat nutritious meals to keep our bodies healthy, we have been busy at the farms ever since the raining seasons began and the bulk of this daily and consistent hard labour has caused me to lose some weight which is even evident and so visible that people thought that I was sick and have encouraged me to take care of myself. Our farm work have reduced drastically and the bulk of the work now is diet. So I can ceased the opportunity to rest and eat some healthy meals that will be of benefits to my body.

Sometimes I desire it a little bit burnt
I had wanted to ask the doctor to recommend some multivitamins instead I decided to try some homemade meals since our natural foods are a thousand times better than inorganic medicines.

A combination of vegetable and fruits, some quality rest and good meals is a good way to recuperate from ill health in a healthier way, besides most drugs have their personal consequences. I decided to add some changes go my diets, thank goodness I love vegetables making it a good time to explore some dishes.

Today I prepared this breakfast of Pancakes and Cabbage Sauce spending just $2
Ingredients
These are my ingredients
4 cups Flour
1 tin milk Sugar
Salt for seasoning
Cabbage
Carrots
Pepper (Scotch bonnet)
Onions
Vegetable oil
Eggs
Making process
- First I diced all the cabbage, carrot, onions and pepper here


- I poured the 4g of flour in bowl, added a pinch of salt and 2 spoonful of Sugar. You can chose to add baking power here as desired
To this I added some water and mixed it to some medium thickness

I broke the eggs and have it in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt to it as well.
I got my fry pan heated up, added a spoonful of vegetables oil unto it and nicely spreading the oil before pouring in the pancakes

- After allowing it to cook for some minutes, I turned it over and repeated the process until everything was exhausted.

- For the last part of the process I added a good amount of vegetable oil to the dry pan poured in the onions, carrots and cabbage for a still fry, after frying it for some few mins, I poured the eggs into the mixture, stirring and spreading over go have it uniform.
Our cabbage and eggs sauces tastes so delicious I wish that I can have a cut of yoghurt alongside this

Within an hour breakfast is ready, you can use a lesser time if you are faster with cooking. All of the ingredients used for the meal was bought for $2, I hope that this will be budget friendly enough for all my friends in this part of the world.
