But the staff, is bad tempered I really don't like this kind of person It makes the place full of negative vibes.

Ohhh that's quite a turn-off... because even though the food was appetizing and affordable, the atmosphere of the place also matters. It sure would be too uncomfortable if you were at a place where you felt that you were not welcome. That issue is really common in small food places, and I relate to that because I've met a lot of staff like that. Anyway, I still ended up eating because I was really hungry at that time, but of 'course I didn't come back because once is enough (but if that certain staff isn't there anymore, I can reconsider hehe).
